Andreea Tălpăşanu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2022, and holds a law degree from Collège Juridique Franco-Roumain d’Etudes Européennes (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) where she is currently undergoing the Master 1 – European and International Business Law programme.

Andreea has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2022 and joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David si Baias in October 2022, specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Arleta Giumanca graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2019. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Judiciary Career within the same university. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.

Arleta joined the D&B litigation team in March 2020 and her area of expertise includes civil, administrative and tax law.

Cosmina Mieilă graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. She also holds a Master Degree in Business Law within the same university. Cosmina has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2017.

Cosmina joined the Energy and Natural Resources Department of D&B starting April 2020. Her expertise covers commercial law, labour and personal data protection law.

Diana-Beatrice Bortăş graduated from the Faculty of Law at Babeş-Bolyai University in 2020. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2021.

Diana joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David and Baias in November 2021, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Maria Iliescu joined the Competition and State Aid team of D&B David şi Baias in October 2024. Maria graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.

Her areas of expertise include competition law, particularly anti-competitive practices, merger control, foreign direct investment / FDI screening, EU State aid, and non-EU foreign subsidies assessments / FSR, as well as commercial law.

Oana Porumb graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2023 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in the same year.

Oana joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David and Baias in 2026, and her areas of practice include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as real estate.
