Arleta Volintiru graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2019. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Judiciary Career within the same university. She has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2020.

Arleta joined the D&B litigation team in March 2020 and her area of expertise includes civil, administrative and tax law.

Cornelia Burlacu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2020 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since October 2021.

Cornelia joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David si Baias in October 2021 and her expertise covers commercial and corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

Cosmina Mieilă graduated the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. She also holds a Master Degree in Business Law within the same university. Cosmina has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2017.

Cosmina joined the Energy and Natural Resources Department of D&B starting April 2020. Her expertise covers commercial law, labour and personal data protection law.

Diana-Beatrice Bortăş graduated from the Faculty of Law at Babeş-Bolyai University in 2020. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in International Arbitration from the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2021.

Diana joined the Corporate M&A team of D&B David and Baias in November 2021, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions.

Irina graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2019 and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since the same year.

Irina joined the Data Protection team of D&B David and Baias in May 2023. Her areas of expertise include commercial law, intellectual property law and E-commerce law.

Maria Raluca Stoica graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2020 and she also holds a master’s degree in Fiscal Law from the University of Bucharest. Maria has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since October 2021.

Maria joined the Financial Services team of D&B David şi Baias in November 2022 and her area of expertise covers banking, commercial law and personal data protection.

Paula graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2021, being a member of the Bucharest Bar since the same year.

Paula joined the D&B litigation team in January 2024 and her area of expertise includes administrative law, tax law and civil law.
