France, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Lithuania and Luxembourg are the seven states that have already received the European Commission’s approval on the new temporary state aid scheme, that is put in place in order to support companies affected by COVID-19, with SMEs as the main beneficiaries, especially those operating in severely affected fields, such as tourism or medical services.
