Dan Dascălu, D&B David si Baias Partner, was one of the speakers who gave a comprehensive overview regarding the most recent trends encountered in the tax inspections practice, the most frequent VAT fraud schemes and how can honest taxpayers keep safe from such traps, what are the most common types of fraud and economic crime in private companies, how to manage these risks and keep shelter from such practices. Dan Dascălu gave a presentation on ”Recent evolutions and expected trends in the interaction between tax and criminal proceedings”.
The event, dedicated to preventing and defending companies from White Collar Crimes, was an important step in the strategic objective of developing an integrated XLoS going to the market approach in the field of forensics investigations and litigations.
