Dan Dascălu, Partner D&B David şi Baias, was the first specialist of the D&B team to talk to the audience about legislative changes and practical trends regarding the tax procedures and tax litigation cases. Dan tackled the new changes to the Tax Procedure Code brought about by the Emergency Government Ordinance (OUG) No 84/2016, the tax events of 2016.
Sorin David, Managing Partner of D&B, moderated the panel who closed the conference, on the topic of Anticipated Trends in the Romanian Authorities’ Activity in 2017. Manuela Guia, Partner in D&B, Ana-Maria Iordache and Bianca Naghi, Managing Associates, also delivered speeches. The panel’s agenda was structured into three broad topics: trade protection, consumer protection and Court of Accounts and domino effect.
