The D&B David si Baias M&A team won the Ziarul Financiar award for the most important FMCG transaction in 2014, at the Lawyers Gala event. D&B lawyers assisted Danish companies BPI and Westcon in acquiring 10 companies from the Macromex group owned by Romanian entrepreneur Dan Minulescu. The deal allows the Danish meat trader to activate directly on the Romanian market. The D&B David si Baias team working on the deal consisted of Anda Rojanschi, Partner, M&A Leader, and Cristina Ciuca, Associate.
