Anda Rojanschi, D&B David si Baias Partner, argued, in an interview for Ziarul Financiar, that “Romanian entrepreneurs have understood that insolvency can be avoided through a transaction even if that means selling at a lower price”. On the other hand, “when the increase of the market share cannot be achieved through organic development, it can be achieved through an acquisition inorganically, this option adding value, efficiency to the investment, on a market where growth is hard to obtain”.
Anda Rojanschi stated that, despite the slow growth, Romania stands to know “a comeback of M&A projects” in 2015.
