The Romanian Ministry of Justice, in partnership with Ziarul Financiar, the National Bank of Romania and the National Insolvency Practitioners Training Agency organized the conference “The New Insolvency Law – A solution for today`s business environment?”.
Among the speakers, Sorin David, Managing Partner of D&B David si Baias, brought to the public`s attention the objectives of the new insolvency law project, raising the question whether the code will be just a coding or a fundamental change of the current regulations.
