Manuela Guia, Managing Associate within D&B David şi Baias held a presentation entitled “Rights and Guarantees of an economic agent during an investigation launched by the Competition Council” – during the Trade Round Table Conference dated October 21, 2010 to which traders and manufacturers in the retail and FMCG industry have participated.
The presentation focused on economic agent’s rights during the proceedings before the competition authority by pinpointing new elements inserted as a result of the amendment of Competition Law and secondary legislation. The presentation described every step during a proceeding before the Competition Council, starting with initiating an investigation until the final moment of issuing a sanctioning decision.
