After a year of economic upheaval, 2010 looks poised to bring about strong fiscal pressures as the Romanian authorities will have to adjust budget revenues to meet the deficit targets agreed with the IMF.
Together with PwC Romania tax specialists, D&B David si Baias lawyers will discuss the impact of the latest changes to the Tax Code and the impact of Romania’s current fiscal policy on the business environment. We will share with the participants lessons learned by companies from last year’s experience, as well as our views on how to effectively deal with the tax authorities.
