Sorin David, Managing Partner of D&B David si Baias attended the Biennial International Conference organised by the West College of Timisoara where he gave a speech on the topic of Theoretical and Practical Issues Regarding the Implementation of the Merger and Split-Up Provisions under the Civil Code and Law No 31/1990.
The conference speakers tackled the violation of copyrights, of the civil proceedings regarding the intellectual property as well as the non-imposition of intellectual property related sanctions.
