The conference\u2019s aim was to answer some questions and debate various aspects on company law matters.<br \/>\nSorin David chose three subjects for the debate: \u201dThe squeeze-out process in closely-held companies\u201d, \u201dAsymmetrical distribution among shareholders\u201d and \u201dThe majority shareholder\u2019s control over the directors of the company
