Dan tackled the new changes to the Tax Procedure Code brought about by the Emergency Government Ordinance (OUG) No 84\/2016, the tax events of 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Sorin David, Managing Partner of D&#038;B, moderated the panel who closed the conference, on the topic of Anticipated Trends in the Romanian Authorities\u2019 Activity in 2017. Manuela Guia, Partner in D&#038;B, Ana-Maria Iordache and Bianca Naghi, Managing Associates, also delivered speeches.
