D&B David si Baias, the connected law firm of PwC in Romania, is extending its presence in Romania, by allocating a team of lawyers to its clients in the Western area of the country. This team will be coordinated by Rare\u015f Vod\u0103, a lawyer with a 13 years experience in legal advice. This appointment ensures that D&B has a direct personal contact for its clients in this region.<\/p>\n

Rare\u015f Vod\u0103 has been a member of the Arad Bar since October 1998. In 2006 he became an arbitrator of the Commercial Arbitration Court of the Arad Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, with a vast experience in commercial litigation.<\/p>\n

Since 2007, Rare\u015f Vod\u0103 has held the position of councillor of the Arad Bar Council. He specialises in issues related to public acquisitions, local public administration, tax law, insolvency and commercial law, working mainly with companies in the real estate and energy fields.<\/p>\n
