{"id":11704,"date":"2023-07-14T12:53:23","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T10:53:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/david-baias.ro\/?page_id=11704"},"modified":"2023-09-15T12:51:21","modified_gmt":"2023-09-15T10:51:21","slug":"realestate-successes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.david-baias.ro\/en\/expertise\/real-estate\/realestate-successes\/","title":{"rendered":"Successful projects (selected assignments)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-baccc596 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<ul class=\"db23-successes-list-01 wp-block-list\">\n<li>D&amp;B David \u015fi Baias together with PwC provided legal assistance to one of the largest banks in Romania regarding the legal consequences for coverring of non-performing loans granted by the bank by implementing the transfer of ownership over the distressed assets held as collateral to a specialised company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D&amp;B David \u015fi Baias provided legal assistance to one of the most important international real estate developers in respect of the possibility to sell commercial premises located within a shopping centre under construction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D&amp;B David \u015fi Baias provided legal services to an important logistics client consisting of legal due diligence on the acquisition of a multi-purpose building \u2013 office space and production facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D&amp;B David \u015fi Baias assisted one of the largest real estate developers in the sale of an important commercial project located in the south-east of Bucharest to a German fund of real estate investments. The EUR 147 million transaction, as valued by the mass-media, makes it the highest value transaction with commercial spaces on the Romanian market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D&amp;B David \u015fi Baias provided an important Irish real estate developer with extensive sell-side legal assistance during a sale transaction with a cash&amp;carry retailer. The object of the transaction was an industrial target property located in an industrial area of Bucharest, District 6, with a total surface of approximately 85,000 qm. The value of the transaction was estimated by mass-media to be EUR 40 million.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Northern Ireland real estate developer, active on the Romanian related market with various projects, was assisted by D&amp;B during the development process of a network of 10 shopping malls in Bucharest and other main Romanian cities. The project was valued at EUR 700 million. For residential properties, D&amp;B assisted the company during the development of the residential compound \u201cNew Town\u201d, located in Bucharest and comprising approximately 650 apartments. The project was estimated at EUR 120 million.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D&amp;B advised one of the most important real estate funds, a British fund active in the industrial spaces area, during the acquisition of an industrial park.
