is-layout-flow wp-block-post-content-is-layout-flow\"><p>Adriana-Monica Dam\u015fescu is a member of the Corporate M&amp;A team at D&amp;B David \u015fi Baias, since 2018. She graduated the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and also pursued a Master\u2019s degree in Business Law from the same institution.<\/p>\n<p>Since joining D&amp;B David \u015fi Baias in 2018, Adriana has developed a strong proficiency in handling complex M&amp;A transactions, as well as intricate reorganization processes, including mergers, cross-border mergers, and spin-offs.<\/p>\n<p>Her expertise encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, and she has a keen interest also in employment law, further enriching her practice. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and holds a Master&#8217;s degree in Tax Law from the University of Bucharest. Ana holds also a Master degree in Tax Law within the Faculty of Law from University of Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p>Ana has been member of the Bucharest Bar since May 2011. She has relevant expertise in administrative and tax litigation, with her practice primarily covering tax and customs disputes, as well as consulting on corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, income tax, and social contributions.
