D&amp;B David si Baias. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and holds a Master&#8217;s degree in Tax Law from the University of Bucharest. Ana holds also a Master degree in Tax Law within the Faculty of Law from University of Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p>Ana has been member of the Bucharest Bar since May 2011. He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Andrei joined the litigation department of D&amp;B in November 2015. His expertise includes tax law, civil and commercial litigation, as well as foreclosure procedure. Before joining D&amp;B, Andrei was part of the litigation and arbitration department of another local law firm, gathering experience in civil, administrative and commercial disputes.<\/p>\n<p>Andrei was an external collaborator of tax law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. Daniel is part of all consultancy and assistance projects related to the General Data Protection Regulation.
