D&B David şi Baias and PwC Romania provided legal, financial and tax advice in the ROMBAT – Metair transaction on the buy-side

PwC Romania and its correspondent law firm in Romania, D&B David şi Baias, provided financial, tax and legal advice on the buy-side in the transaction involving the sale of the majority shares of ROMBAT Bistriţa to South-African based firm Metair International Holdings Cooperatief. The transaction amounts to almost 43 million EUR and it is one of the highest ever recorded in the Romanian automotive sector.
